Set GTK_PATH to CHROMIUM_SAVED_GTK_PATH before launching xdg-open.
Wrappers that launch Chromium will need to set CHROMIUM_SAVED_GTK_PATH
before
modifying GTK_PATH. This can be done later in separate CLs.
