New issue 17352 by peter.arrenbrecht: Soft hyphens () are copied to
the clipboard in raw text format
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=17352

Chrome Version : 3.0.195.0~svn20090720r21115-0ubuntu1~ucd1~jaunty
OS + version : Ubuntu 9.04
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64
window manager : GNOME
URLs (if applicable) : http://recoveringphysicist.com/11/soft-hyphens
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): Does not copy soft hyphens.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open http://recoveringphysicist.com/11/soft-hyphens
2. Select the demo text, then press Ctrl+C.
3. Open a text editor (gedit), then press Ctrl+V.

What is the expected result?
I see the text as on the page. The last word should, for instance, be "uniĀ
laterĀal".

What happens instead?
I see spaces for the soft hyphens. For instance, "uni later al".
