   why does chrome linux has to match windows?Is it because Mac/Linux  
version of
chrome should look like exactly  on windows instead of conforming to their  
own
desktop settings?If this is the chrome UI design rule,
please give me the reference which mentions this guideline or any  
justifications and
ignore what I say next.

   IMHO using absolute or fixed font sizes is really a bad idea both in  UI  
design and
web page design.
the tab strip in linux looks really ugly now,it also causes  accessibility
problems,Users with poor eyesight will
have difficulty to see the titles which are essential when browsing the web  
pages.
