What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Attempt to open a website

What is the expected result?
Website loads and webpage opens.
What happens instead?
Very often the page never loads and I get the 101 error message.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This is happening to me so much now in the last few weeks. Pages are really
loading slow and often come up with the 101 error message. Please
screenshot attachment. I am pretty certain it is not my computer or my
network connection since I am using my work computer and there have been
no complaints to IT about slow page loading in IE. I am the only one who
uses Chrome.
Something is definitely wrong.
