on RTL Chrome is wrong

Build: 3.0.196.0 (Developer Build 21308)
    OS: Ubuntu 8.04

Other Browsers:
Webkit nightly: N/A
     Firefox3.5: N/A
            IE8: N/A

Steps:
1. Launch Hebrew Chrome on Linux
2. Type any URL into Omnibox, say, google.com
3. Observe

Result:
The URL is left aligned in Omnibox

Expected:
The URL should be right aligned in Omnibox

Notes:
This issue happens on all the Chrome UI input box when trying to type
English letters on RTL Chrome, for example, find-in-page bar, bookmark
manager search box, etc
