Yeah, this seems like a regression caused by using HTML to render the
history view.
This will effect all about: URLs. I think it might be a bad idea (security
wise) to
try to enable WebCore to link to about:foo pages.
Maybe we should make about:plugins really map to a chrome:// URL? Perhaps
about:plugins could just be a redirect or alias of some sort?
