seems too harsh for me
close that message one time, and you will not even know about future popups
in that
website session
legitimate parts of a website will not show and you will not know it even
existed...
it happened to me before and i wasn't sure if the website is broken or
chrome is
broken
it's a nice feature to have a "block future popups in this session without
notifying
me" option (not a must have feature IMO though), but certainly it's not
expected just
by closing that message
