Launch Hebrew Chrome on Linux 2. Open a new new tab page 3. Drag one of the thumbnails into the tabstrips 4. Observe >>There should be an "+" icon and an "Uparrow" following with the hand scheme Result: 1. The "Uparrow" displayed far away from the hand scheme and the "+" icon 2. The thumbnail is opened as the first Tab Expected: 1. The "Uparrow" should be close to the hand scheme 2.
