This crasher happens because the focus manager is NULL.
I am not sure how this can happen.
I added a workaround so we don't crash (but we won't remember the focus
properly in
that case) but assert if that case is reproduced.
I'll mark it as fixed for now.
If anyone hit the assert, please let me know if you can repro and what are
the steps
involved.
