How sad :-( I am sure there'll be users that pick "Filesystem" as that sounds exactly like what they want. After all, they want the file on their computer... Combined with the current lack of any error message if downloads fail, these users will be very disappointed why seemingly Chrome is unable to download any files. In fact, they won't even see an entry on the download page. Maybe, we could at least show an error message when downloading to a location that we cannot write to.
