http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=17705

Chrome Version : 3.0.196.0~svn20090724r21527-0ubuntu1~ucd2~jaunty
OS + version : Ubuntu 9.10 Desktop(Karmic Koala)
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32-bit
window manager : GNOME
URLs (if applicable) : http://www.youtube.com
Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): The button controls work properly.
Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional):

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up Chromium and browse to any YouTube video.
2. Attempt to click on any of the button controls, such as Pause, Volume or
HD/HQ button.

What is the expected result?

The expected result is that the button will function and pause the video or
mute it, etc.

What happens instead?

Nothing, the buttons will get highlighted, and if you move your mouse
cursor over the ones in which their menus expand, they will expand, but
otherwise there is no functionality with the buttons.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

If you press the Space Bar it will pause the video. Screenshot will not
demonstrate this problem effectively, so one is not attached.
