I've attached two files. The first is the build output from a clean
checkout of
chrome. With no changes to the source, this is what I get when I right
click on the
chrome target and select "build".
The second file is what I get after I added a string to the top of
generated_resources.grd. I added it as the first string so all the IDs
would shift.
As expected, this caused locale dlls to be rebuilt and all the cc files
that depend
on generated_resources.h (lots of files in browser) rebuilt. I then ran
chrome and
it worked fine. I contend that this is only an incredibuild bug :)
