What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome on Windows 7
2. Test it in not-maximized mode
3. Point mouse at minimize, maximize or close buttons - highlight on these
buttons starts blinking which is strange.
What is the expected result?
Buttons should just be highlighted
What happens instead?
Buttons are blinking.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
It should be the video, but I don't have program for that )
