What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new Document in Google Docs
2. Insert Bullets
3. Try to indent the bullet using the Tab key
What is the expected result?
Bullet becomes indented, and changes from a Solid Bullet to a Hollow Round
Bullet
What happens instead?
Unable to indent the bullet, unless there is text in the bullet.
