   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Gmail web client (https://gmail.com)
2. Keep Gmail open for 5 minutes or more

What is the expected result?
Normal operation and resource consumption.

What happens instead?
CPU usage for chromium-browser climbs to 80-100% usage and stays there
indefinitely.
