What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Google for anything
2. on a link, right click and select "open link in new tab"
What is the expected result?
This should be opened in a background tab, as in chrome 2 and other
browsers as well.
What happens instead?
It opens in a foreground tab, navigating the user away from the current
tab.
