New issue 17788 by moinks: Facebook Javascript doesn't work after restoring

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Having a Facebook tab open
2. Closing Chrome
3. Opening Chrome, restoring tabs
4. Trying to interact with Facebook, but everything that is based on
Javascript (so basically everything, Links, Comment, Chat, ...) is not
working.
5. Refreshing page (F5), still not working
6. Refreshing again, now it's working.
What is the expected result?
Commenting, Links, Chat works
What happens instead?
It doesn't
