What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open chrome-linux
2. Go to any url or just view "new-tab" page
3.

What is the expected result?
View text correctly.

What happens instead?
The text is totally unreadable; copying it to another application works
correctly, though.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
It has happened after Developer Build 21377.
