New issue 17884 by korobkin: Search request that starts with a  
keyword "site:" like "site:google.com help" doesn't go anywhere

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type "site:google.com help" without quotes in the address bar
2. press "Enter"

What is the expected result?
Google Search should show all words "help" at the google.com web-site.

What happens instead?
Browser does nothing at all.
