Well I guess I'm not the first to notice this... My specific problem is that I might click a tab that hasn't been used in a while (say 12 hours) and whenever I do that, it takes FOREVER to load, but if I have released the tab and moved my mouse, the tab will jump to where my mouse is located once it starts re-loading the tab (not a refresh, just loading it for viewing purposes).
