Comment #2 on issue 17603 by samolesen: [Omnibox] Suggestions disappear it you're too fast http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=17603
Windows XP, but I think it depends on the hardware. (I have only 1gb ram) If your computer is too fast I don't think this problem exists. I will try to reproduce this on some other computers and report back. Try this to reproduce(this is what I use to confirm it): 1. Type "goog" 2. Watch and remember/count the suggestions. They are there (sometimes it takes almost a second to update the suggestions) I now have 7 lines under the omnibox. 3. Delete one letter. (you might have to press delete twice to do this because of an automatic link suggestion) 4. Type "g" and then quickly press the down arrow key. 5. Watch and count the suggestions. At this point I only have 3 lines under the omnibox. 6. Try deleting the "g" again, retyping the "g" and wait a second before pressing the down arrow. I now have 7 lines again! -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
