Comment #3 on issue 17642 by a3linux: Fedora: IME only enabled by default
with CJK locale?
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=17642

I think I have the similar problem with Chromium latest build on Fedora 11.
As my environment is zh_CN.UTF-8 and use SCIM as input method.
In all other GTK program, SCIM is ok for me at the same time, I can *NOT*
use SCIM in
chromium.
The same build version of Chromium can use SCIM on my Ubuntu
installation(9.04).

Is there any special configuration for Fedora with the GtkIMMulticontext?
