What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click "The wrench menu"
2. Click About Google Chrome
3. Update server not available (error: 3)
What is the expected result?
Google Chrome reports that it's up to date or updates itself.
What happens instead?
Update server not available (error: 3)
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Issues started appearing in build 193. Chrome still updates itself (via
Google Updater, perhaps?).
