IE 7: OK
IE 8: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right Click on and Link
2. Click on Open in New Tab
What is the expected result?
The new tab window should open, without leaving focus to the current tab.

The new tab window opens, and get the focus.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
The above error is reproducible on build 3.0.194.0 and 3.0.196.0. It was
working perfectly before 194 and on 195.
If this is a feature, then its setting should be in the options pane, where
the user can select/de-select whether the user wants the new tab opened to
gain focus or not.
