New issue 18148 by friced: Unable to flip between two tabs using ctrl-tab
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=18148

Chrome Version : 3.0.192.2
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: FAIL
Firefox 3.x: FAIL (with TabMixPlus add-on: OK)
          IE 7: FAIL
          IE 8: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press ctrl-tab, ctrl-tab, ctrl-tab: moves over all tabs: OK
2. Press ctrl-tab-tab-tab: moves over all tabs: FAIL

What is the expected result?

Pressing ctrl-tab multiple times should flip between two tabs. Pressing tab
multiple times while ctrl is being pressed continuously should flip between
all available tabs.

What happens instead?

ctrl-tab-tab-tab has the same effect as ctrl-tab, ctrl-tab, ctrl-tab

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This feature probably is most important for web developers that wish to
flip between two tabs often to check differences / inconsistencies, but is
also very valuable when working on a page and switching to the manual or
Google results.

Also having the same behaviour for different key combinations is redundant.

While the ctrl-tab functionality has been misimplemented by other browsers
(fortunately there is the TabMixPlus FF plugin to repair it), in desktop
applications in Linux and Windows this behaviour is generally available.
