When searching through bookmarks either through the Omnibox/address bar or Bookmark Manager, you *do* see the URLs of the bookmarks. I don't understand where your confusion when searching bookmarks comes from; is there a case when searching through bookmarks does not show the URLs? Otherwise, when creating a bookmark you are always given the option to edit the default bookmark/webpage title to better suit your needs. The only case I can think if where you cannot see the bookmark URLs is when hovering over bookmarks from the Other Bookmarks menu.
