1) I don't really feel strongly about it either way.
2) Dunno, it's all variable width on windows.
5) ah, yeah. I'd handled that on other dialogs just by setting the first
column to a
default size and letting the user resize it if they want, but forgot that
here.
oh, I'll add my own 6) the 500ms delay before updating the search (unless
you hit
enter) seems a bit long to me.
