New issue 18216 by dataman64bit: Does not run http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=18216 Chrome Version: svn20090729r21952 OS + version : GNU/Linux 2.6.30 CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): x86_64 window manager : openbox Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): runs Behavior in Chrome for Windows (optional): doesn't run (no WOW64 installed on Windows Server 2008 R2) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Try to run chromium 2. Watch the output What is the expected result? Chromium up and running What happens instead? Message about invalid ELF class is shown. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible. Chromium doesn't run on GNU/Linux x86_64 with x86 support disabled in kernel, because it is x86 executable and using x86 libraries.
