What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Resize window down to smaller than system allowable size.
What is the expected result?
Window should be restricted from going smaller than a small rectangular box.
What happens instead?
It can be resized to a tiny spec, with the minimize, restore and close
buttons dangling off into space in a broken looking manner.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
