New issue 18303 by loonyphoenix: No up/down buttons on the scrollbar http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=18303 Chrome Version : 3.0.197.0~svn20090801r22243-0ubuntu1~ucd1~jaunty OS + version : Ubuntu 9.04 CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32-bit window manager : Metacity and KWin What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open up Chromium. What is the expected result? Scroll bars with up/down buttons. What happens instead? Weird scroll bars without 'em. Not sure if it's a bug or a feature; never used those buttons anyway. But it looks really weird anyway. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible. None of the other programs are having issues with scroll bars on my machine, so it's not a general system glitch, I guess.
