New issue 18313 by jvcrao: When Proxy is removed,all the login
websites(yahoo, gmail,..) are opening as HTTPS and I am not able to login.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When Proxy is removed,all the login websites(yahoo, gmail,..) are
opening as HTTPS and I am not able to login.
2. When I include my proxy, its allowing to login as Http.
Is this a problem. I used to work like this since the inception of chrome,
but facing the similar issues from 3.0.162.X Windows version.
