New issue 18380 by wesleywex: Thumbnail for Google Reader broken; doesn't
come back

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new tab
2. An image of a broken camera appears on Google Reader's thumbnail
3. Rename the file Thumbnails on Google\Chrome\User Data\Default to
Thumbnails.bkp
4. All thumbnails are gone
5. Open one page and close Chrome to revert the thumbnails
6. All sites have a thumbnail, except Google Reader
What is the expected result?
All sites should have their thumbnails restored.
What happens instead?
Google Reader thumbnail doesn't render.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
