What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Goto "Options-->Personal Stuff"
2. Under "Themes" click on "Get Themes" button
What is the expected result?
Should load a page with available themes for Google Chrome
What happens instead?
Lands on a 404 - page not found page
The link it is loading upon clicking is
https://tools.google.com/chrome/intl/en/themes/index.html (which lands on
404 page)
