New issue 18595 by dayalaman: Chrome won't close, on ending processes each  
plugin dies

Chrome Version       : 3.0.190.1 (Official Build 19007)
URLs (if applicable) : Gmail, Two tabs with downloads
Other browsers tested:
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
   Firefox 3.x:OK
          IE 7:OK
          IE 8:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Close Tab
2. Close Windows

What is the expected result?
1. Tabs should close
2. Windows should close

What happens instead?
1. Nothing

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

So I decided to kill the chrome process (or should i say processes), which
killed one plugin after the other, on killing the main chrome application
and resetting all seems fine. But tabs not closing happens a lot,
especially after I have opened a lot of the 10+ and go close other tabs on
of the active tabs. every new tab wudnt close then
