Chrome Version : 3.0.195.4 (German) on WinXP engl. URLs (if applicable) : https://tools.google.com/chrome/intl/en/themes/index.html Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 4: Firefox 3.x: IE 7: IE 8: What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to https://tools.google.com/chrome/intl/en/themes/index.html 2. Click on "Apply Theme" (any theme) 3. What is the expected result? Theme installs What happens instead? Theme downloads (eg brushed.crx), nothing else happens. When you open the .crx in chrome, you just get another download dialogue box. (or download it again). no install. reset to standard settings. Now chrome says "couldnt install theme. chrome crashed when trying to install". repeat several times. Please provide any additional information below.
