Without a "refresh-this-frame" functionality, we cannot use chrome to do web
development or testing. Its an absolute crucial feature, cannot believe  
that it
hasnt been escalated in priority. Since its a feature we use alot during
development, other browsers lets us bind a keyboard shortcut to it (i.e.  
alt-f5 or
alt-R) which saves a few extra seconds a day.

Also when trying to do "view frame source" it displays the incorrect frame  
even when
right-clicking into the correct frame.

We Beg you to add this functionality into Chrome!!
