What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run the php script or any html that generates 2000+ rows in a table
with box-shadow
What is the expected result?
A normal looking table
What happens instead?
Black bar to the right of table
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This is a trivial example I produced after seeing it happen on a real
example when attempting to use shadows.
When scrolling up and down sometimes the black boxes disappear and the
page looks normal for a bit. Bug exists in both linux (chromium) and
windows(google chrome).
