Frame

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4:OK
   Firefox 3.x:OK
          IE 7:OK
          IE 8:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run Chrome
2.
3.

What is the expected result?
Window Frame's Color should be uniform and no violet/purple line should be
on top of it

What happens instead?
A purple/violet line sits on top of chrome's window frame (See Attachment)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Prior to this , i applied Chrome's official un-released Theme (Testing one
: Camo) and chrome changed its top frame line color (after reverting to
normal theme)

So i want to know if Chrome 3.0.196.2 has fixed that problem or i need to
re install??
