What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a site with a self-signed certificate. I used my LinkSys router  
with Tomato firmware
(<https://102.168.1.1/>)
2. See warning ("This site's security is not trusted!")
3. Click "Proceed anyway"

What is the expected result?
I see the web site I requested.

What happens instead?
No change — the error page stays up.
