The bug isn't the bookmarks bar showing on the NTP -- it's that the
bookmarks bar
doesn't go away when you _leave_ the NTP. I can confirm this in the latest
build.
1. Turn off the bookmarks bar if it is on
2. Go to the NTP
3. Click a thumbnail
After this, the bookmark bar shouldn't be present, but is.
