Fix crash on fullscreening of popup.

BUG=http://crbug.com/18551

TEST=Create a pop-up window.
Fullscreen it (Cmd-Shift-F).
Go back (Cmd-Shift-F again).
Repeat a few times across different launches of Chromium.
