New issue 18750 by pauldunlop: User profile corruption on AD password
expiration
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=18750

Chrome Version : 3.0.196.2
URLs (if applicable) : N/A
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: -
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Allow AD password expiration to occur while running Chrome
2. Attempt to access website post-password expiration
3. Close Chrome. Try to re-open, profile will have corrupted

What is the expected result?
It would be expected that the system handle this. Suspected issue is around
lack of read/write access to profile directory. System should be able to
handle this without corruption

What happens instead?
Chrome will no longer open, only way to resolve is to delete Default
profile directory.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
