The bookmark editor is meant to be a quick place to choose a new folder,
and not
intended for management. Providing a delete option, without showing the
contents of the
folder, makes it easy for a user to do something they didn't intend to. If
a user
really wants to do management, they should bring up the bookmark manager.
I'm closing this out as won't fix.
