Sorry, this can be closed now. I had tested this again to see if the latest version fixed the problem. It failed, but it looks like the latest version was downloaded but had not fully installed. So, when I tested it, it wasn't the most recent version. Then, upon closing the browser and opening it again to submit the issue, the latest version was now silently installed. Once I recognized this, I tried one more time at wamu.com and it now works. So, there must have been a fix between 3.0.196.2 and 3.0.197.11.
