What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an 'app' with a link
2. Press the task bar to 'mouse out' window
What is the expected result?
Bar should all be same colour. (see screenshot, this is when the window is
selected)
What happens instead?
Bar changes colour under the title text (see screenshot)
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
The theme in question is this one:
