Chromium revisions are in a special place; try http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=13423 However, reading closely, I don't think that was the patch to fix this bug. It just says "tested fixed" by that revision. Also you'll note from Comment 4 that this was originally a Safari bug as well. Perhaps Chromium automatically got the fix when it was fixed in WebKit for Safari? I'm not sure where the actual fix was.
