other windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any window (ie : a terminal)
2. Open Chromium on top of the other window
3. do a middle clic on a link (to open a new tab) or everywhere on the
Chromium window -> The terminal comes on the top !

What is the expected result?
ie: opening a new tab from a clic on a link

What happens instead?
chromium going behind other windows BUT the new tab opens
