What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "Options" window doesn't fit 10" netbook display, as it is too big

What is the expected result?

Shrink the window to fit a smaller display, and add some scrolling to move
up and down.

What happens instead?

Can't shrink and cannot click the buttons on the bottom of the window (see
attached screenshot)
