What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. open a new tab with Ctrl-t
1. about:linux-splash appears in the list of my frequently visited pages
2. click on it ("Chromium Dev Build Warning")
What is the expected result?
2. about:linux-splash to appear
What happens instead?
2. empty page
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
(might be better just to exclude the splash page from the history stats)
