Well, I'm not sure if it's fixed already, but if I simply open up chrome, go to google.com, open up a second tab, go to google.com as well and then use command-opt- arrow, nothing happens... I'm not quite sure why that is, but those buttons work in other applications, and they seem to work well in combination.
